Bessie
M. Hayes - Church Administrator
Ms.
Robinson has over ten years of executive level church administration
experience and has served as the Church Administrator for
Carolina Missionary Baptist Church since March 2002. Her expertise
includes business administration, financial, property, human
resources, contract and office management. She has fifteen
years of information systems expertise, with an emphasis in
the telephony industry. Second to eternal salvation, God has
uniquely gifted her with a wonderful son, Garrett Wesley.
Her spiritual gifts are leadership, administration and teaching.
The verses of Scripture that have had a special impact on
her life are Romans 8:35-39.

Minister
Stephanie Winslow - Executive Administrative Assistant to
the Senior Pastor
Minister
Winslow has served as the Executive Assistant to the Senior
Pastor since 1994. She is a dedicated and diligent and it
is her delight to make certain that the office of the pastor
provides excellence in ministry and service. In addition to
using her gifts of administration, preaching, and teaching,
she also uses her gift of music. She is a gospel-recording
vocalist and is a Praise & Worship leader with the ministry.
Minister Winslow loves the Word of God and is deeply encouraged
and strengthened by the message of Psalm 27.

Minister
Sherman Spinks - Youth Pastor
Minister
Sherman Spinks serves as the Youth Pastor. Minister Spinks
has dedicated his time and his giftedness to ministering to
children ~ both at Carolina Church and the community-at-large.
Under his leadership The CMBC Youth Ministry ministers to
youth ranging from ages 3 to 19 years of age. Minister Spinks
and his committed, innovative and creative staff have an energetic
and worshipful experience with the Next Generation Youth Ministry.

Byron
Nichols - Minister of Music
Byron Nichols is no novice
to music or ministry. Since partnering with CMBC in 1998,
he has worked in Music Ministry as the Praise Team Leader.
Byron has served the congregation in his current role as Minister
of Music and Worship Arts since late 2003. As the Minister
of Music and Worship Arts, Nichols directs four ministries:
Music, Drama, Dance and Deaf Ministries. Minister Nichols'
leadership mission is not only to enrich corporate worship
on Sunday mornings, it is also to inspire and equip ministry
participants to actively excel in arts ministries through
seminars, discussions, outreach projects and, most importantly,
uninhibited devotion to God (Mark 12:30).

Devona
Wilson
The pleasant jovial
voice you hear when you call our ministry belongs to Devona
Wilson. Devona has served as the Office Assistant at Carolina
Church since 2003. She has a great love for God and His people.
She is blessed and encouraged by God's word, in particular
Ecclesiates 9:11, which says "the race is not to the
swift, and the battle is not to the warriors….for time and
chance overtake them all."
