The Culinary Ministry is responsible for catering all events of the ministry where food is served.
During worship service a person may be lead to accept Christ as Savior, to be baptized, to join the church, to be restored, to receive watch care, or for prayer. Whatever their reason, our team of Decision Counselor’s counsel those individuals and help them recognize the reasons why they have come forward by embracing them and providing them with spiritual guidance in beginning or continuing their walk with Christ.
First & Last Impressions Ministry
The responsibility of the First & Last Impressions Ministry is to welcome members and special guests into the “Warm Embrace of Carolina Church” whenever our doors are open. It is our desire to make a positive first impression and leave a lasting impression of warmth and love on each person who experiences our ministry.
Our Guest Services ministry ensures special guests are welcomed into the “Warm Embrace of Carolina,” and tends to their needs while they are visiting with us.
The Historical Ministry is the focal point to preserve, display, and chronicle the church history and ongoing heritage to the members. The ministry also serves to highlight and provide information on national and local historical events to the congregation, as appropriate.
The Intercessory Prayer ministry continually prays and intercedes for our Pastor and Family, the church body, communities, and the entire world. The ministry is committed to continual prayer and to laying our petitions before the throne of God for those who submit prayer requests to our church, and they are intentional in praying for those who may not know Christ – for the unchurched, the unsaved and the untaught.
Evangelism/Invest & Invite
The Evangelism/Invest & Invite ministry seeks to fulfill the command of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20. The ministry’s approach is to canvas the surrounding neighborhoods with ministry hand-outs for the purpose of inviting persons to visit our church, and to tell others about Jesus and lead them to accept Him as their Lord and Savior. The ministry’s target is to reach the unchurched, the unsaved, and the untaught. Through CMBC’s powerful worship experiences, they pray for the “harvest of souls,” that will come to hear the Word and learn that Jesus Christ is the way.
The Men’s ministry ministers to the soul of men through worship, Bible Study, fellowship, and group activities that equip men to live a Godly life. Men must be reclaimed, restored, and repositioned back into their rightful place in the home and in society.
Music & Fine Arts Ministry
The CMBC Music & Fine Arts ministry seeks to ignite, incite, and influence the body of Christ with the expressed Word of God through the channels of song, dance, audio, and video presentation. They envision a ministry empowered with the Word and love of God to assist effectively in the vision development of CMBC. The Music & Fine Arts Ministries include the Praise Team, the Youth & Young Adult Praise Team, the Youth Choir, the Liturgical Dance ministries, the Drama Ministry, and the Audio Visual/Media ministry.
The Photography Ministry records the historical accounts of CMBC services, special services, and events through the technology of digital photography.
